From Raw Steel to Road-Ready EVs

KAITU operates a modern plant covering over 8,000 square meters, with a test track of about 12 mu (8,000㎡+ built area) and an annual sales volume of 6,000 vehicles. Every vehicle moves through dedicated fabrication, painting, assembly and inspection lines staffed by trained technicians.

Our quality system covers the whole chain — from certified component sourcing and welding to final road testing — so every unit that leaves the plant meets the same standard.

Design & R&D

CAD design, prototype builds and testing based on customer requirements and market feedback.

Fabrication & Welding

Steel frames and panels are formed, welded and checked against tolerance standards.

Painting & Anti-Corrosion

Surface treatment and baking paint for long-lasting outdoor durability.

Assembly

Drivetrain, suspension, body and interior assembled on line with torque-controlled fastening.

Inspection & Testing

Electrical, braking, charging and road tests on the in-house test track before release.

Packing & Delivery

Secure packing for sea freight or flatbed delivery, with export documentation support.

Quality Control

Every Vehicle Is Tested Before It Ships

Quality is not an inspection step — it is built into the process. Components come from certified suppliers and pass national quality-supervision certification. Each finished vehicle is inspected for electrical safety, braking, charging, lights and road performance.
